It’s worth mentioning that wildly popular novels Gabriel’s Inferno and Fifty Shades of Grey were born from Twilight fanfiction and went on to become juggernaut series of their own. It inspired legions of fans to write their own fanfiction based on the characters as of this writing, there are well over two hundred thousand Twilight stories on. Twilight was a worldwide phenomenon that captured the imaginations of fans young and old. It’s impossible to deny Twilight’s legacy even if sparkly vampires aren’t your thing. ![]() Though comparisons will be drawn, Midnight Sun fills in the gaps left in the original book and provides a much more mature (and insightful) perspective into this epic love story.
